Welcome to MilloraPay. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the accessing and use of the MilloraPay mobile application (the App). These Terms bind you by downloading, accessing or using MilloraPay. In case of disagreement, then use of the App is not needed.
About MilloraPay
MilloraPay is an app that handles transactions as an application targeted at mill owners, industrial business, and traditional businesses that keep financial records manually. The App enables its users to scan physical documents to retrieve the transaction information and store them in digital formats of sheets and records and efficiently manage the business transactions.
MilloraPay is a record management support tool and is not a bank, financial institution, and payment gateway.
Eligibility
- MilloraPay must be used by persons who are 18 and above years old.
- The App is made to be used by business and professionals.
- Your acceptance of the Terms shows that you are legally competent to conclude them by utilizing the App.
User Responsibilities
Through MilloraPay, you will accept:
- Give correct and legal information.
- Only documents that you are supposed to utilize should be uploaded.
- Check any extracted and auto-filled information before saving or sharing.
- Only use the App in regards to honest business and accounting.
- Keep your user name and computer secret.
MilloraPay is not liable to mistakes related to wrong documents, unclear images, and wrong user input.
Scanning Data and Accuracy of Documents.
- The App retrieves transaction-related information on images of uploaded or captured documents.
- The extracted data is made available to aid in purpose.
- Before the use of any data, users need to check, confirm and complete all data first.
- MilloraPay does not provide 100 percent accuracy of the information extracted.
- The user is the only party to which data accuracy is the responsibility.
Data Storage and Sheets
- The data on transactions will be stored according to the date chosen by the user.
- Records are stored in sheet-based forms comparable to the traditional ledgers.
- Daily, monthly and yearly transaction records can be handled by the users.
- Users can also export or share sheets with banks or third parties of their own free will.
- MilloraPay does not postulate or regulate any financial activities between the users and the banks.
Data Privacy and Security
- MilloraPay treats user information in connection with its Privacy Policy.
- Our security measures are reasonable to secure data stored.
- Only authorized users have access to data.
- Even the best system would not offer full security and users are aware of this fact.
- Our Privacy Policy is available in detail.
Account Deletion
- MilloraPay users are able to cancel their account.
- In the app, the process of account deletion can be triggered, or support can be contacted.
- When deleted, the user data will be destroyed forever, unless the law dictates otherwise.
- The accounts that are deleted cannot be restored.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to do illegal, fraudulent, or illegal things.
- Post falsified, counterfeit or deceptive records.
- Make attempts to get access to the data of other users.
- Hack or tamper in the functionality of the App.
- Back-engineer, duplicate or abuse the App or its services.
A breach of these Terms can be the suspension or termination of the account.
Third-Party Services
- The interaction with the third party services (e.g., device camera, storage) is possible only as functional.
- Third party platforms, banks and other external systems are not our responsibility.
- Any communication with the banks or the third-party is between the user and the third party only.
Limitation of Liability
As much as is allowed by the law:
- MilloraPay is not subject to financial losses, business losses, or inaccurate data.
- We did not make audit determinations, rejections by banks or compliance determinations.
- Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Termination of Use
We, may suspend or cancel access to MilloraPay in case:
- These Terms are violated
- The App is misused
- It is necessitated by regulations or the law.
Termination does not affect your right to delete your account.
Changes to These Terms
We are free to revise these Terms at any time. The updates will be conveyed in the App or app listing. The further use of MilloraPay is the acceptance of the changed Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be controlled by and construed through the laws of India and is independent of the conflict of law provisions.
